Bill Walther
Bill has over two years of experience as a loan officer and 10 years of leadership and management experience in a fortune 50 company. His leadership experience establishes a very stable base of ethical and relevant people and technical skills to be able to pull from to facilitate the home purchasing process. Bill's loan officer years have been spent teaching and learning. At AmeriChoice Home Loans they truly believe in the adage that “givers gain”. Following this adage on a daily basis, Bill can be found instructing First Time Homebuyer, Guaranteed Rural Housing, FHA/VA, and Down Payment Assistance classes, in your local community. Some of Bill's education includes an AA degree and Bachelors in Business Management. He also has his Masters degree in Technology Business Management and is a graduate of Steven Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. Bill is on the Steering committee for the ARC of the Tri-Cities as they work to fulfill the capitol campaign needed to build their new facility. He is also the Vice president for the Executive Connection Chapter of BNI Northwest and splits his time between family and other endeavors, such as the Young Leadership Society for the United Way, and the Young Professionals of the Tri-Cities.
