Dana Mundy is a Certified Mortgage Planner and owner of AmeriChoice Home Loans a branch office of Seattle Bank. A recognized leader throughout the mortgage industry, Ms. Mundy is a regular contributor to Loan Officer Magazine, LoanToolbox.com, and MortgageGirlfriends.com. She is also a frequently featured speaker at high profile national loan industry conferences, including Loan Toolbox’s Business Plan 2007  held  in Las Vegas. In December 2006; Business Plan 2008 held in Las Vegas in October 2007 and Mastery Business Plan held in Las Vegas in November 2008; and Mortgage Girlfriends’ Mastermind Retreat 2008, held in Phoenix in October 2007. Ms. Mundy was featured on the Business Plan 2007 and 2008 Training DVD, and was a consultant on the launch of Quickshow.com’s new mortgage-specific product line.  In 2008 Ms. Mundy launched HouseHuntingSafaris.com.  Tri-City Safaris were featured on KEPR TV, KAPP TV, KIRO Radio and in the Tri-City Herald, Seattle Time, Seattle Post and Business Week.  With over 15 years of experience as a loan officer Ms. Mundy has won numerous industry and community service awards, including the Seattle Mortgage President’s Club Award (2002 to 2006); Loan Toolbox’s National Great Ideas Contest Winner (2006); Tri-City Association of Realtors Affiliate of the Year (1998); In additional to being a Certified Mortgage Planner, her professional certifications include Graduate of Strategic Equity Mortgage Planners Program (2006); Methods in Construction Education (2006); Building Champions One-on-One Coaching Program (2004); Blue Ocean Coaching 2008; High Trust Sales Academy (2003); and Washington State House Finance Commission Lender Certified Training and Homebuyer Education Instructor Training (1997).
